Yes, new winter tires are available depending on size and season. Many drivers switch once temperatures regularly drop to around 7°C, when winter compounds begin to outperform all-season tires. Call early in the fall with your size for the best chance of finding what you need.
Look at the sidewall of your current tires for a code such as 225/65R17 — the first number is the width in millimetres, the second is the sidewall height as a percentage of that width, and the last is the wheel diameter in inches. The recommended size is also printed on the placard inside the driver's door jamb and in your owner's manual. If anything is unclear, call us with your year, make and model and we'll help confirm it.
